Note: Refunds for car parts will be subject to the return and refund policy provided by the seller.

2. Refunds for Premium Business Packages

To access certain features of RPM911.com, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security related to your account.

3. Refunds for Subscription-Based Services

If you have purchased any services that are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annual subscriptions for premium packages), you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Refunds for services already rendered or partial refunds are not available.

4. Requesting a Refund

  • For Premium Business Packages: Contact our support team at support@rpm911.com with your order details. Please include the reason for the refund request and any relevant information.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date to be considered eligible for review.

5. Processing Refunds

Once a refund request is received, we will review it and process the refund if it meets the necessary criteria. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction, and it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. No Refunds for:

  • Any charges related to listing car parts on RPM911.com that have been processed or used.
  • Failure to review product descriptions, specifications, or images before making a purchase.
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers related to the condition or quality of the items listed for sale.
  • Any dissatisfaction with the car parts that do not qualify for a return or refund under the seller’s policy.

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

RPM911.com reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Refund Policy will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy regularly.
